If you do not know how to set this proxy follow these steps..

1. Open Internet explorer.
2. Go to Tools.
3. Go to Internet options.
4. Go to connections.
5. Go to LAN Settings.
6. Now enter these ip address and their port no. as  given and click apply and ok.

And Done. Now you will be browsing the internet with the help of proxy server.
