I read somewhere that some research was done and it was found that every year two out of three runners suffer from some sort of injury due to their running. It might be because of the type of shoes they wear or it is also possible that some of the people follow wrong technique to run or jog. So, what I am trying to say is that why to take risk. Why to be among those two out of three who get injuries. I know that some people are really very strict when it comes to their budget but at the same time health is important too.
