I read
somewhere that some research was done and it was found that every year two out
of three runners suffer from some sort of injury due to their running. It might
be because of the type of shoes they wear or it is also possible that some of
the people follow wrong technique to run or jog. So, what I am trying to say is that why to
take risk. Why to be among those two out of three who get injuries.
I know that
some people are really very strict when it comes to their budget but at the
same time health is important too. If you are a daily runner, every morning or
evening you go for running then don’t use normal shoes as it might affect your
feet, joints, and back. You should always have best outdoor shoes with you if you are a true runner.

A good pair
of running shoes will give you more support and comfort than any other normal shoes.
Running shoes are designed keeping in mind that they will be used for the
running purpose, and therefore, the cushioning of these shoes is really well. It
protects your feet from injuries.
The other advantage of running shoes is that
it might be possible that because of the comfort and support it gives you, you
would be able to run for long than your usual timing.
So, I highly
recommend you to buy running shoes. You can choose any brand like puma, Nike, Asics,
or any other brand you like. All are having almost the same features, only the
cost differs. But don’t choose your pocket over your health. Buy running shoes,
go for jog daily, and be healthy…!!!
